Sort (Seiri)

6S - Sort - Seiri  (before)

Sort or in Japanese Seiri.
This the first step from 6s activity. Why? Look at your work place if like the picture above

Sort is an activity which make you decide and choose all item in your work place which is needed and which is not needed.
The simple reason for this is why you put a tool that actually you don't need to use.

So this the way that you must to do:
1. take the trash bin and big plastic.
2. pick one by one the tools.
3. decide that this product is needed or not.
4. if not, throw away that thing into trash bin.
5. if needed, put that into plastic or if the things is too big, you can put into box.
6. if already finish, you can continue into step 2 or click this Set in Order (Seiton)
